Prepare to be blown away this summer with our Pennant Passionfruit Gin Spritz!
Ingredients:
- Pulp from 2 fresh passionfruit
- 60ml Pennant Gin
- 200ml Prosecco
- Sparkling water
- Ice
- Lemon peel twist, to garnish
SERVES 2
Instructions:
Fill two large glasses with ice.
Combine passionfruit pulp and pennant gin in a small jug and stir well.
Divide gin mixture between glasses.
Pour 100ml of Prosecco in each glass, top up with sparkling, and garnish with a lemon twist.
